Executive Coaching
Clinical depth for senior leaders, from a board-certified psychiatrist and Harvard Medical School faculty member.
Executive coaching is a confidential professional engagement in which a senior leader works one to one with a trained practitioner on the judgment, behavior and pressures that shape how they lead. At Meridian it is delivered by Dr. Stephanie Collier, a board-certified psychiatrist, Harvard Medical School faculty member and certified executive coach, who works with chief executives, founders and C-suite leaders across the United States.
Engagements run three to twelve months, typically two sessions a month, at $750 to $1,500 an hour depending on scope and seniority. Sessions are held by secure video nationwide, and in person in Boston. What separates this practice from most coaching is clinical training: the ability to tell an ordinary performance pattern from burnout, anxiety or depression, and to know exactly where coaching ends.
